The Sounds in the Grounds Festival 2011 (20-21 May) based in the Lews Castle Grounds of Stornoway, Isle of Lewis showcases Rock, Pop, Indie and Folk music performed by over 20 acts, across two stages over two days.
This unique festival, run solely by volunteers, marries local homegrown talent from the Western Isles with well known Scottish mainland acts and is renowned for its amazing atmosphere.

Some of the top acts appearing this year include Scotland's Hottest Band at the moment "KASSIDY", Colin MacIntyre aka Mull Historical Society and the newly signed local artist Dot Jr.
